No Guarantee of Results

Advertising performance depends on market conditions, platform rules, account status, budget, competition, offer quality, creative, tracking, and other factors. We do not guarantee ad approval, placement, lead volume, conversion rate, acquisition cost, revenue, or return on investment.

Acceptable Use

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue will lie in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Indian River County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
